Terms
The rules for using this site and the free diagnostic. Coaching itself is covered by a separate agreement we’d both sign before starting.

Who you’re dealing with
This site and the Identity OS Diagnostic are run by Jevon Daniel, trading as Reinvention Engine, based in London. Contact: jevon@reinventionengine.co. Using either site means you accept these terms.
What the diagnostic is, and what it isn’t
The Identity OS Diagnostic is a free self-assessment tool. It reads the answers you give it and reflects patterns back to you. It’s built on my professional experience in transformation work and coaching, and it’s intended to be useful for thinking, not definitive about who you are.
It isn’t a psychological or clinical assessment, and it isn’t medical, therapeutic, legal or financial advice. It can’t diagnose anything. If you’re struggling with your mental health, please talk to a doctor or a qualified therapist rather than a questionnaire on a website.
Part of your report is generated by an AI model from your answers. That means the wording varies between runs and can occasionally be wrong or miss the mark. Read it as a prompt for your own thinking, and disregard anything that doesn’t match your experience.
Decisions are yours
What you do with anything on these sites is your call and your responsibility. I can’t promise particular outcomes from the diagnostic, the field guide, the downloadable runner file, or anything else here, and nothing on these sites should be read as a guarantee of results.
The runner file
The diagnostic gives you a file you can load into an AI assistant. It’s yours to use and adapt for your own personal use. Please don’t resell it or pass it off as your own product. It’s provided as is, and how it behaves depends on the AI tool you load it into, which isn’t something I control.
Applications and calls
Sending the coaching application form isn’t a booking and doesn’t oblige either of us to anything. I read every application and reply either way, but I decide who I take on. If we do work together, the actual terms live in the coaching agreement we sign, and that agreement takes precedence over this page.
What’s mine
The writing, method, frameworks, naming and design across these sites belong to me. Quote a line and credit it, sure. Republishing chunks of it, or repackaging the method as your own programme, isn’t on. Your own answers and your own results belong to you.
Availability
I run these sites on a best-effort basis. They may be down for maintenance, features may change, and the diagnostic may be withdrawn or altered. Please keep your own copy of anything you want to hold onto, since a deletion request removes your results permanently.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, I’m not liable for losses arising from your use of these sites or the free materials on them. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t legally be limited. If you’re using this as a consumer, your statutory rights aren’t affected.
Your data
Covered separately in the privacy notice, including how to have everything deleted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
