Reinvention, engineered.
Real change was never tactical. I spent ten years transforming billion-dollar companies and learned the identity underneath drives everything else. Reinventing yours is today’s unfair advantage.
Ten years inside NAB, Deloitte, Endeavour and Virgin Media O2.
Change fails when only the surface changes.
New goals, new habits, new routines. They hold for about two weeks, then you snap back to exactly who you were. Companies do the same thing with strategy decks. Change sticks when the identity underneath changes. So that’s where the engine starts.
Diagnose
An honest audit of the current state. The patterns, beliefs and environments actually running things.
Design
The future state, engineered deliberately. A blueprint with the rigour of a target operating model.
Install
Rebuild the environment and systems until the new identity is the path of least resistance.
Sustain
AI-enabled rhythms that keep it compounding when motivation runs out.
That’s the Reinvention Engine. I run it on myself in public, on ambitious professionals in the middle of their biggest pivots, and on the businesses they build.
One engine. Two ways in.
Ten years of transformation. One thread.
I’m Jevon. My professional career spans over ten years, starting straight out of school at one of Australia’s big four banks, then four years at Deloitte rebuilding how companies run. My disciplines spanned strategy, finance and operational transformation, across sectors from healthcare to tech. From there, Endeavour Group’s central transformation team on Australia’s largest retail demerger. Then London, where I worked inside the UK’s biggest telco on the workforce side of a merger.
Somewhere along that arc the thread became obvious. Every transformation that stuck followed the same fundamentals, and every one that failed had skipped them. Then came the harder realisation. I’d spent a decade changing organisations and hadn’t pointed any of it at myself.
So I did. Within three months of relocating across the world I’d taken on a senior role at the telco and was speaking at founders’ events on how to reinvent yourself in a short amount of time. The playbook I built from that experience became my coaching practice, one of my genuine passions.
Now I’m scaling that work across both sides of it. Helping individuals engineer their next chapter, and helping companies reinvent how they operate and prepare their workforce for what’s coming. Because a business is only as adaptable as the people inside it. I run the method on myself in public, because the hardest client I’ll ever have is me.

Run the diagnostic on yourself.
The Identity OS Diagnostic maps the patterns, beliefs and environments quietly running your life, then hands you the highest-leverage place to start. It’s the first phase of the method I use with every client, and it’s free.
Ten minutes, forty questions. Your archetype and your scores come back before you give me anything.
