For Businesses

Future-proof how you operate.

You’ve built a business that works. AI is redrawing what it takes to keep it winning, and that calls for fundamentals, not another tool. Ten years of enterprise transformation, from Deloitte engagements to a demerger and a merger back to back, pointed at whatever needs to change in yours.

The background

Three years at National Australia Bank straight out of school. Four years at Deloitte across finance, healthcare and operational transformation, from business cases and process redesign through to full target operating models, in the weeds and in the boardroom. A year inside Endeavour Group’s central transformation team on Australia’s largest retail demerger. Then a year at Virgin Media O2, analysing what the UK’s biggest telco merger promised against what it delivered, and helping the business close the gap.

A demerger and a merger, back to back, taught me the same lesson from both directions. Transformation succeeds on fundamentals, and the fundamentals are usually what gets skipped.

How we’d work together

It starts with a conversation about what isn’t working and what you’re trying to become. If there’s a fit, I come in and understand how you actually operate before I promise anything. I’d rather shadow the real work for a week than sell you a half-answer.

Then we build, and what we build is bespoke to where your time and revenue are actually leaking. Sometimes that’s a redesigned workflow or an operating rhythm your team owns and runs. Increasingly, it’s a system that runs itself, so your people are freed for the work that needs them. Where your team needs the capability rather than the output, we run it as a workshop.

I work anti-agency. No retainers designed for dependency. You keep the system and everything needed to run it, and if you never need me again, that was the point.

Talk to an operator, not a salesperson.

If you’re rebuilding how your team works around AI and want the system, not a workshop, let’s talk.
